365 Project

Greetings pals.

I've had a tough week, I'm not gonna lie. I started a new workout regime and at the same time hit a massive depressive episode - not the ideal combo! I've spent the last few days binge-watching Rowena Tsai on YouTube. If you don't know who she is then please check her out. Her videos are actionable and inspiring, and really lift my spirit whenever I watch them.

Because of Rowena's videos, I was able to get a 2 month free trial on Skillshare (you can get one here too), and on there I found a class about the 365 project.

In short, this project is all about not breaking the chain. You pick a project to work on throughout the year and spend a little time each day working on said project. The teacher, Cynthia, also suggests publicly documenting your project so that you can be held accountable.

So what's my project? Well, I've decided to make videos.

I'm not gonna be making videos every day - I don't have the time or the skill to produce that much good content! But I am going to be filming a little bit each day. Whether it's just a couple of seconds or a full-blown video, I will be documenting my life and recovery journey on my YouTube channel. It's something that I've been thinking about for a while now, and this seems like the perfect opportunity to take the plunge and start creating content.

I'm really excited about this project you guys! I have so many cool things coming up over the next year and I can't wait to share them with you all.
